Finley is 1 month!!

Finley is 4 weeks old, I can't even believe how fast time is going by! She is such a joy in our lives and for being so little she sure makes me smile and laugh a lot. I know they say babies don't start smiling til two months, but she smiles at me and I know its not gas!

She makes a lot of noise now, just cute baby noise, the most when she is eating or sucking on her bink, just little MMM noises. I love them.

This is her ready to go to church, all her clothes are still a bit big on her, but not for long she is getting to be quit chunky little rolls on her legs and you see her cheeks. We have been kinda having a rough week her sleep is kinda off, not wantin to sleep at night and being really fussy. And I would like to say how much I appreciate Ryan, he has been so patient with all my emotions going crazy and then being tired, he's so good with Finley and she loves her daddy.

Me and Finley are going to visit my family for a while in Delta and I am so excited to show off Fin. I want her to meet the whole family and all her cousins! Then we will have her blessed while we are there. I would also like to say Thank you to Derek, Julie and their kids for the cute gift they got for Finley! Thank You!! Can't wait to see everyone when we get there!!

Finley is now 3 weeks old! I can't believe how timeis flying by she already so different than when she was just new! She had her 2 week appointment last week, and here are her new measurements:

Weight: 7 lbs 2 oz- 15 percentile

Height: 20 inches- 30 percentile

Head Circumference: 13.75- 25 percentile

She a smiley little thing but I am sure its just gas but oh I love it when she smiles, it like melts my heart. We love her so much!

Tummy time!!

Ha ha I tried to do her hair but its short in the front and then way long on the sides and back so she get a mohawk that kinda makes her look like a little boy! And Ryan hates head bands so we only wears them when he isn't around! I am slowly trying to make him love them.


And this is how our sweet baby sleeps, her arms up above her head ha ha, if you try and trap them in the burrito wrap she wiggles til she gets them out. She was sleeping so good at night she would go to sleep at like 11pm or so and wake up any where from 5-7am but now we are having some issues, she is so fussy, crying til 2 am and then finally passing out from exhaustion but wakes up and the crying starts! We think we might have found a trick, the gas drops seemed to help her lastnight coupled with the new binkie we got her to take, Nuk newborn binkies!! She only will suck on it if her finger is in the small hole to trap it in her mouth, and then she will spit it out after like 10 min or so but then she seems happier!
